I joined the Navy right out of high school. I spent one year in Iceland. Meet the love of my life there had a baby, got married and moved to Jacksonville Florida. Spent the rest of my enlistment on reserve duty and was honorably discharged in 1987. I started working at the Navy Exchange Distribution Center at NAS Jax in July 1986. I started out on second shift. I did everything from unloading trucks, receiving and tagging merchandise and stocking. I went to day shift and continued to learn and volunteered for everything. I went to the facilities maintenance department for 2 years. I maintained a store room inventory for all maintenance personnel. I related customer needs to the appropriate person in a timely manner. I started purchasing for special projects. I received an award for coming in under budget. I went back to the distribution center and was an order puller, stocker, loaded and unloaded trucks. I also assisted for inventory by properly tagging overstock product. In November of 1995 I started at Sally Beauty Company as a receiver. I quickly moved to Inventory control lead, then Inventory control supervisor. I assisted management by successfully defeating a union campaign. I moved to receiving supervisor, then to Operations supervisor. In December of 2002 I wnt to Henry Schein Company as a receiving supervisor. In August 2003 I went to school for massage therapy. After graduation I worked as an independent contractor. In November of 2005 I started at Cash building Material as customer service. In 2007 I moved to accounts receivable and I am currently employed there. I am a quick learner, energetic and have a lot of enthusiasm. I enjoy working as a team on any project. I serve as a lector and do hospitality at my church. I am also on a count team for 3 months a year. I was in charge of all church decorating for 3 years. I volunteer for the yearly carnival and other events.We moved to Marinette Wisconsin in 2014. I worked in phone sales at IB Athentic for about 8 months and then went to CosmoProf for 3 years. I started working as a customer service representative at Lloyd Flanders August of 2018 and have been loving it ever since!
