At Neiman Marcus I have worked with luxury retail clientele as a personal shopper throughout the store as well as within my home base in the Ladies Shoe Salon. Fresh Express was created to bring gourmet foods for lunch to local area businesses on a daily basis. Fresh Express was literally created from nothing but an idea, two coolers and a basket. A caterer was hired to make all the food, the concept was pitched to area professional offices, beauty salons and retail businesses. Within one month of doing all the delivery personally, drivers were being hired and new routes created. Fresh Express was sold after ten years to a faithful employee and is going strong today.
