Hi, I’m Terry. An organised problem solver focused on customer service and communication. I’ve worn many hats during my professional life, from being self-employed, working in business growth, and currently employed by ARCO. I have almost one and a half decades of working in Business Growth and truly believe the customer is at the heart of everything we do. A very curious, hard-working and dedicated person. Capable of Identifying needs, finding opportunities, and offering evidence-based solutions (I like to call this NOSE - Need, Opportunity, Solution, Evidence).My career has had, many twists and turns, dealing with many areas. When I was self-employed I was in property development and successfully ran until the financial crash of 2008. After this, I turned my hand to Hospitality and being a chef. Starting as a Kitchen Porter and intimately working in Business Growth and Development. Before family and personal matters required a career shift. I attended university and landed a job with ARCO - who truly are experts in safety. With ARCO I have worked on projects, in customer service, and I’m currently in the Logistics Customer Service Admin. Where I have helped develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders holders, and am a proud member of the SHE team.
