 Receive, prepare, and issue 4-6 land agreements per day encompassing both road use and 3rd party requests (lets) within AB and BC, handle notifications and other documents necessary for maintenance of surface land rights, working knowledge of AER Directives Issue road use invoices, review and handle road use expiries, terminate existing road use agreements, request new road use agreements (takes), do curative work on agreements Respond to land related inquiries (land owners, road use and third party requests, access inquiries, and queries from field representatives)  On rotating schedule, receive and review 15-20 3rd party/ road use requests per day from shared mail box; including updating tracking system and land database Draft Road bans and send out to industry to over 80 contacts as required, forward Industry Notifications, remove road bans, send all road use and third party requests for field approval  Compile and store documents electronically in company storage database Verify invoices for takes agreements, check well production, verify cost centers, and upload into SAP for various vendor payments.

 Responsible for dealing with contracts land queries from Joint Venture Accounting, Production Revenue Accounting, Royalty DOI, Joint Interest, Operations and Master Data  Experienced in Industry Agreements and contracts : PASC, JOA, CO&O, etc Provide answers to partner jva queries, land/accounting discrepancies, invoicing issues in EnergyLink (JIBLink) & Capital Manager AFEs re: working interest, production, charges etc  Consult with asset teams, business development, law and accounting as well as other inter-nal and external partners ; work on multiple issues simultaneously Tracked, compiled and presented monthly query resolution metrics to management  Land system updates, processing Notice of Assignments and changes to contracts, chain of title analysis, due diligence, file review and file clean up, JV audit  Provide continuous training to other departments within the company. Answer inquiries from accounting department regarding both SAP and CS Explorer, resolve and correct discrepancies Composed 55 page cost centre guideline manual for ConocoPhillips ( subject matter expert)
