ServiceNow NextGen Graduate! I am taking a leap of faith to do something different as I am changing careers. Information Technology has come a long way in just a short time period and I am jumping in to see what I can contribute to imagine what is possible. As a ServiceNow Next Gen Fellow Graduate (September 2021), this 16-week training program has instructor-led ServiceNow training, hands-on projects, and on-the-job implementation work with ServiceNow partners. Specific focus areas include ServiceNow Fundamentals, ServiceNow Systems Administration, ServiceNow Platform Implementation, IT Service Management Implementation, Scripting in ServiceNow, Risk and Compliance Implementation, Flow Designer Fundamentals, Service Portal Fundamentals, and ServiceNow Application Development. As I gain IT experience and certifications with ServiceNow, I am also a proven expert professional who is driven by opportunities to lead, mentor, and develop others. I excel with interpersonal skills and in the interaction with people to ensure that they obtain their highest potential in multiple roles and responsibilities. I possess over 10 years of experience managing personnel, programs, and projects for the U.S. Air Force. Currently, I lead 167 personnel in a dynamic and fast paced aviation focused environment, ensuring that they and their families are taken care of as they conduct their assigned missions worldwide. Since the onset of the COVID pandemic, I have managed and guided 167 personnel and their families to keep them safe. This effort required utilization of critical thinking, compassion, change management, and comprehensive engagement that ensured a positive outcome.I have managed risk and safety over multiple lines to protect assets and property valued in excess of $220M+. I possess extensive knowledge in Program and Project Management, Operations Management, Personnel Management, Logistics Management, Supply Management, Training and Development, and Human Resource Management. Primary Air Force profession is a C-17A Evaluator Loadmaster. I am transitioning from active duty military back to the civilian sector. I am seeking opportunities in the Greater Colorado Springs, Colorado. I possess an M.A. in Security Management through American Military University. I possess an Active SECRET Security Clearance.I enjoy exploration of nature and hiking. I am married and have two Maltese’s, Frosty and Olaf. I also enjoy reading books detailing history, especially American History from 1775 through the Reconstruction period.
