Deputy Area Chaplain, Atlantic Area, United States Coast Guard, and Assistant Officer-in-Charge for Religious Support Unit 106, December 2011–February 2013. Served as supervisory chaplain for twelve Atlantic Area Active and five Reserve chaplains. Participated in disaster relief efforts for Hurricane Sandy. Deputy Fleet Chaplain for Reserve Matters, US Pacific Fleet, December 10–November 2011. Served as Deputy Fleet Chaplain for US Pacific Fleet and US Pacific Command, two 4-star staffs. Liaised with senior chaplains of the Australian Defence Force in nation relationship building and interoperability.
