Graduated SPJC '71 with an AA degree in Design. Became the youngest FL State Registered General Contractor # RG 0012922 ('72) at that time since I was 22. Have most of my experience to date, designing and constructing "turn key" manufacturing and process facilities for industry, including site development. My typical customer might be a commercial printing facility, paint manufacturing plant, citrus plant, machine shop or distribution warehouse. We have built some commercial facilities with an emphasis on retrofitting and renovating existing buildings involving structural and light gauge steel construction. We also fabricate and install specialized material handling and storage equipment.
