Positioned as the Airspace & Airport Program Administrator at the Clark County Department of Aviation in Las Vegas, Nevada, I am committed to this role on a full-time basis since September 2022. In this capacity, I have been instrumental in planning, managing, and supervising various airport programs. My responsibilities encompass overseeing staff activities, program planning, technical assistance, as well as comprehensive reviews and evaluations of these programs. I actively engage as a representative and bridge between our department, other Airport and County divisions, as well as local, state, and federal entities including the Federal Aviation Administration. Additionally, I maintain collaborative connections with service providers and funding sources associated with the programs under my purview. One of my key focuses involves the supervision of Obstruction Evaluation/Airport Airspace Analysis and TERPS initiatives.

As a Training Instructor, I facilitated classroom instruction and on-the-job training (OJT) using a Radar Simulator. In this role, I played a pivotal part in enhancing the skills and knowledge of trainees by delivering comprehensive classroom sessions and practical hands-on training through the utilization of a Radar Simulator. My aim was to ensure that each individual gained a well-rounded understanding of the intricacies involved in radar operation and control. Through this approach, I contributed to the development of competent and confident professionals ready to excel in the field of Air Traffic Control.

Air Traffic Controller - Responsible for the safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic by utilizing radar and communications equipment to apply radar separation standards and vectoring procedures.Watch Supervisor - As a Watch Supervisor, my responsibilities encompassed the oversight of all controllers during the designated shift. I diligently upheld the safety and effectiveness of all Air Traffic Operations under my supervision.Airspace Specialist - Designing Airspace, Departure, Arrival procedures and Protected Airspace.Quality Assurance Specialist -I conducted thorough assessments of Air Traffic Controllers, Pilots, and Procedures. My specialized expertise in National Airspace System (NAS) operations played a crucial role in conducting system safety analyses and implementing necessary corrective measures.
