Responsible for investigating companies, banks or individuals who are or may become a financial liability. A Lead Financial Investigator works with Accountants, Agents and Attorney's in an effort to stop and prevent future criminal activity. Job Function(s):Support the investigation in the collection and analysis of evidence on the systems of finance, supplies, logistics and communications of the groups/individuals under investigation. Liaise as appropriate with law enforcement agencies and other partners. Participate in the process of identifying financial assets of suspects and accused and in its freezing and seizing. Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis. Participate in the required field and collection activities. Develop standard tools and procedures, quality control systems and provide training to staff.

Job Function(s):Investigate alleged or suspected criminal violations to determine if evidence is sufficient to recommend prosecution. Conduct financial investigations of debtors to assist in the evaluation of payment plans and enforcement activities. Independently analyze financial information received from debtors, third-parties, information obtained through subpoena and investigation in order to determine the most effective method of debt repayment. Examine and evaluate credit worthiness through credit reports, bank and financial statements. Provide training for new agents.
