For the last 5 years I have focused on POS, & Payment solutions. As the market has shifted to an Omni channel experience I have focused on a diverse & layered solution approach. Automation and Cloud: I have been specializing in PowerShell, Python and some YAML Automation relating to Application, declarative state & Automation Design. I also work heavily with Software deployment, Data queries, Remote Automated Image Capture, Remote Automated Image application, Custom Master Images, Custom Base images, Image Build Tracking Systems, Code versioning (Git & TFSVS), Azure DevOps, Visual Studios 2019, Visual Code, CI/CD architecture, Python 3.8, VBscript , SSO , AD, Policy based Security, ACL, Cloud Services management & Cloud implementation2020 Update - Currently undertaking Comptia Cloud+ certification. Designed a new automation development which was coded in PowerShell, VBscript and .Net called Phoenix. The initial ask was for a remote imaging solution which could save deployment and support costs across Arby's POS store fronts that beats the 24 hour SLA currently in place for device replacement. The result was the completion of Phoenix which added disaster recovery, self reimaging and self automated staging in under 10 minutes. It also allowed the full recovery of BSOD devices as a bonus with only 2 minutes of customer interaction if the operating system suffered critical failure. 2021-2022 Update - Currently Working in the Cloud security space for OnSolve. Governance and Compliancy with regards to cloud assets and services. I am focused on ConMon initiatives & technical cadence as well various IR automations. I was able to play a key role in driving our FedRAMP compliancy which is at the tail end of that long journey. My specialty has been the Qualys Platform (FIM, VMDR, Compliancy Scans, WAS, and Continuous Monitoring) and ReliaQuest SIEM management (alerting, tuning and content development).
