I currently lead a team of 10 people whose focus is to provide funding to trading businesses, professional practices etc - my focus for the last several years having been the Healthcare and Social Care sectors. The sectors I deal with are very active and in some cases, highly regulated where my experience and desire to ensure the team provides the highest level of customer service possible have proved invaluable. I have past experience of Project Managing and devising Credit policies with my main career prior to Credit having been in Audit and Relationship Banking. I have wide ranging leadership experience and have overseen setting up new teams and merging existing functions. Keeping close to the changing sectors and markets I deal in remains the current challenge.
