Since 1980 Terry and his wife of 33 years Stella Mora Henry have operated Henry-Mora & Associates, Consulting industry and the public in all area of elder-care and aging. Currently the company actively advises a number of private clients on mergers and acquisitions in this sector of health-care.Terry help found The Senior Wellness Group in 2011 to provides development analysis documentation: including feasibility, entitlement, financial models and programming as part of a reusing of existing healthcare structure for senior long term, out of home care, throughout the State of California.Terry joined the Meridian Foresight team in 2007 as COO, with the acquisition of Vista Del Sol Health Center Inc., the first privately owned and operated CCRC in Southern California. Over the past four-decades Terry has been at the center of pioneering efforts in the long term care industry. Introducing change and innovation through his association with such organization as Beverly Enterprises, Hillhaven Company, Western Medical Enterprises, Landmark Medical, Country Villa Service Corporation and for the past 30 years Vista Del Sol Health Service Inc. Terry received his BS in Health Administration in 1972 from California State University Northridge, his advance certification in Health Science Administration from UCLA in 1973 and attended the Graduate Program in Health Administration at the University of Utah in 1975. Devoting much of his time to volunteering in the community Terry serves on numerous City, County and Statewide boards and commissions. Most recently: Board of Directors, Santa Monica College (Presidents Circle); President, Saint Martin of Tours Parish School Board; Vice Chairman, Culver City Vietnam Veterans Commission; President, Southern California Council of Long Term Care Associations (later to become CAHF).Specialties: private equity financing, institutional capital financing. operations and development.
