In first year, achieved 9% sales growth, and lowered labor expense 33% yielding a 45% profit increase. Implemented warehouse management systems (WMS) for manufacturing company with multiple products and stages, with different vendors and locations. Improved accounting functions and increased sales $1.5M with elimination of backordering and reduction of high sampling rates. Built Medicaid compliance and rebate accounting processes for pharmaceutical company. Lowered Medicaid rebate payments 40%, identified $2M credit, and reduced a $3.2M fine to $360K (88% reduction).
