Promoted from Perpetual Inventory Clerk to Manage and organise the day to day Operations within the Small Part Pick department. Supplying over 1000 hardware products to over 700 depots across the country and now running a new project with the company supplying and managing approx 3000 new Products with the growth of the business.

Also responsable for investigating and reporting all non conformance issues and any stock descrepancies with both Inbound suppliers and Over 700 Outbound Depots.

Maintaining and Running various Lines as well as using different chemical solutions to put a protective finish on metal to prevent oxidization or rusting. Keeping the solutions at the correct PH levels and having to add various acids and alkalines to balance levels correctly to get the best thickness of Microns and the best quality of finish. Also having to treat the water and solution waste through an effluent system and having a major responsable role of keeping the treatment plant fully topped up and maintained to ensuring no chemicals get put into the public drains and rivers recording the day to day meter readings, faults or issues and any repairs required both Start and End of Shift as well as spot checks throughout the shifts and any emergencies that have happened.Working to tight deadlines on big customer orders to give the most efficient service of Zinc, Chrome, Tin, Brass, Gold, Silver, Nickel, Anodizing and other types of plating and finishes.After a Few years and a little growth within the company I was given the opportunity and responsibility to Supervise and Manage a very small crew on 4 day pattern 4pm to 2am Mon to Thurs also being a key holder and having to ensure the factory and vehicles were secured and locked before exiting the building.Twighlight Shift ForemanMachine OperatorChemical WorkerMachine Maintenance EngineerFLT Driver
