• Schedule and conduct interviews for new hires and investigation purposes, exit interviews, benefit election and auditing. • I maintain a Kronos Timekeeping database; new hires, terminations, temporary associates, reporting, payroll hours, discrepancies, and hourly vacation accruals along with the physical time clocks in 3 separate buildings. • My position requires me to work closely with the Payroll Center to Interface Payroll hours from Kronos to the Ultipro system as well as ensure that employees are paid additional monies, such as bonus, increase, and wellness incentive.• I run bi-weekly and monthly reports for the Finance Department. • Data gathering and analysis reporting• Successfully work on the HRIS system for maintaining Employee Information and Job Information (Success Factors) with a Competence Portal as well as University for training purposes.• I assist with Annual Training, Epiroc and Safety Days alongside the HR Manager and SHEQ Manager. • I perform customer service duties and employee relations daily while upholding values; integrity and ethical behavior.

• I assisted managing the screening, interviewing, hiring, and placement of applicants to meet the Company’s specific needs including employee retention and position structure. Conduct employment verifications and reference checks prior to extending offers.• I created and managed new employee orientation. I assisted enforcing policy/procedures review, performance review, and employee relations and counseling. I conducted exit interviews as needed as well as prepared and processed paperwork, notified appropriate personnel and provided applicable benefit information.• I managed daily benefits administration including health, dental, life, disability, 401(k) and Profit Sharing including enrolling, terminating, and modifying employee benefit coverage. Also served as point of contact for assistance.

• I responded to incoming telephone queries and scheduled appointments on a multiple line system; patient relations.• Successfully ran daily schedules as well as pulled patient files for doctor’s schedules assuring the up-to-date dictation and any x-rays, lab work, and/or records were available for the next day’s appointments.• Managed the setup of new patient charts along with patient chart maintenance.• Released medical information with proper authorization. • Returned completed patient files to their position in the Records Department at the end of the day.• Attended and contributed to departmental meetings on a monthly basis.• Assisted with front desk check in and check out as needed; patient interaction.
