Promoting and organising corporate & racing events for Sunsail Events with a fleet of 15 brand new Sunsail 41.0's and 10 Sunsail match First 40's.

To coach Senior Dinghy, Dinghy, Catamaran, Advanced and Race Instructors or any tailormade coaching,

Managed all the fleets across the Sunsail Clubs, from new purchases to warranty claims. Providing support to the waterfront operations including training, operational matters and health and safety.

As Beach Manager I looked after the daily operations of the beach, with a fleets of 100 dinghies and windsurfers and teams of over 30 staff. As Resort manager, this was the day to day running of the resort with upwards of 350 guests and 100 staff, both local and UK.

Sales of all the RS range of dinghies, both new and 2nd hand. Building relations with customers, provided support, demo sails etc

As Club Coach for Bembridge SC, I implemented the summer training programme for the club youths. This also included employing staff, writing the weeks programmes and any additional training that was required. I also provided personal training programmes for individuals and classes upon request.
