I have experienced involuntary redundancy in this position owing to FQM experiencing severe financial losses on a global scale

FIFO (8:6 roster). Nursing role employed by Baseline Onsite at BHP's Whaleback mine site, with a focus on Respiratory Illness. Provision of nursing skill set to care for mine site workers who have or are suspected of presenting with Covid-19. Use of Cority software to maintain records for meeting clinical governance criteria. Work alongside site Emergency Services Officers.

Nursing role performing Covid-19 screening and quality control checking for mine site workers traveling to site on behalf of participating mining companies., utilizing Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing as required.

In this role I supported clients with nutrition, medication assistance, and personal care. I would help my clients participate in social activities like shopping and walks to help them stay active and connected with their community.I would work with autonomy and flexibility, building meaningful relationships with clients. Agency employed at FMG's Cloudbreak mine on a 2:1 roster to perform heavy vehicle operations transporting passengers and cargo within and between mine sites. the role also included Utility duties (attached to the Maintenance Department) when not driving. Possessing an unrestricted HR licence was a requirement of this role.
