A total of 38,000 sq.ft. consisting of two existing restaurants/bars, (Barrio & The Local) and a new restaurant, formerly (Ling & Louie's Asian Bar & Grill) now Randle's Restaurant and Bar featuring rooftop and patio dining. The development also features a spectacular new lobby with an elevator to the roof. The three new third floor office tenants benefit from a new connection to the skyway.
