➢ Develop and implement systems to ensure that all departmental activities are conducted under the requirements of and comply with current WHS Legislation and Regulations and organisational policies and procedures.➢ Ensure the packing and dispatch program is coordinated to provide timely and efficient delivery of granular sugar, liquid sugar and specialty syrups to customers and depots.➢ Manage the Packing Floor, Syrups, Site Warehousing and Refinery Services operations to achieve agreed productivity and quality objectives.➢ Coordinate with Refinery Production to ensure the refinery output matches with the warehousing and packaging requirements.➢ Coordinate with engineering to ensure the reliability and availability of plant and equipment.➢ Monitor and control product and efficiency by the development, preparation and analysis of KPI reports.
