Re-engineered and streamlined the Bank’s US Corporate and Treasury Operations that resulted in annual savings of $3 million and eliminated 12 positions. • Introduced an Automatic Reconcilement system that replaced old technology and eliminated risks associated with fraud and misadministration of the Bank’s Funds.• Implemented an AS/400-based lending application, improved lending operations, financial reporting functions, and eliminated risk of regulatory penalties. • Implemented automated financial reports, Customer Profitability, and Risk MIS.• Implemented an integrated data processing application replacing three antiquated lending applications by consolidating the Bank’s three main databases, eliminated 14 positions and multiple End-of Day processing.• Created a domestic US operations hub consolidating multiple US operations offices; resulted in savings in excess of $5 million annually.
