I have been around technology development throughout my career and have been fortunate to have a foot in both the deep scientific world and the business world. My focus has been on taking technology to market and all the nuances that go with that challenge; funding, team building, project planning, delivery, intellectual property, etc. For the past 23 years I have been in and around the hydrogen community and have had the opportunity to watch it develop to the the exciting global opportunity it presents today. Many of us recall the struggles we had to raise the profile of hydrogen as an energy carrier but are now beginning to see the rewards. Canadian companies have always been leaders in developing hydrogen technologies and CleanInnoGen is one more example of taking technology from a research laboratory to the market.
