Maintained and enhanced existing PED (Processing, Exploiting, Disseminating) application written in WPF .NET Framework 2.0. Tasks involved working with extensive SDK and API libraries developed by third party to develop a multi-modal sensor-driven desktop application with a simulation environment. The application was previously designed using the Cinch framework, an implementation of the popular Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) design pattern. Modifications were made to touch enable the application using WPF 4.0 libraries, removing the necessity for Joystick, mouse, and keyboard. Other tasks involved testing proprietary touch screen hardware to integrate with the PED application, network configuration across multiple VLANS and switches, and become versed in XAML and WPF development.
