Duties include registration including the complete order and pre-auth as needed. ABN's with Medicare insured patients included in some walk in cases.

Wide range of job duties throughout this employment during this time period on the front end of the ambulance claims at Swedish Medical Center, for AirLife Denver claims. Starting with billing, charge posting account maintenance, included some insurance verification with the sending facility. Record and form completion by the crew, as well as all charge reporting done. During the last two years also helpedwith admission reports and SMC and hospital cashiering.

Registration of bidders before the event, posting of bids and one of the cashiers at the close of event. Very exciting and always non-profit events, all through the Denver Area.

Account billing at first for BC claims and Champus at the time. Moved into collections of healthcare claims and charity assistance programs, skip tracing etc. Moved to billing, followup and collection of all AirLife Denver accounts. All insurances, some automated billing, as well as placement of bad debt claims with agency. Continued to work Ambulance claims in all catagories until moving to the front end of the claim to support the initial registration info as well quicker A/R payment.
