I set up and established this company, bringing it from `start-up` to an international enterprise, with offices in London and New York and a presence in 76 countries. Here, I have been instrumental in developing a strategic vision for how best to deliver a number of transformative and tactical projects for a diverse client base; managing project teams that include PMs, Developers and Testers etc. As a consultant I work collaboratively with each client, initially undertaking a detailed analysis of their needs as well as each company`s existing processes and methodologies, before providing technical expertise in the planning of how best to address the issues/requirements found. This has meant analysing and defining needs, making recommendations, identifying risks and developing bespoke, technical solutions. I work using `Agile` development methodologies to assess available information, including expenditure and compliance data, to support project governance best practice - ensuring all reporting consistently complies with Legal, Regulatory and Corporate governance. I have gone on to successfully lead and advise on key innovations/programmes for multiple global corporations.Brief examples, include: Designing and leading development of CAT (www.catech.com) and NeuralScope(TM) (www.neuralscope.com) Brands. Additionally, establishing `CAT` as a major provider of advanced security biometric facial recognition products and as a premier partner in several global, counter-terrorism initiatives. For each project/programme, I have controlled all aspects of resource utilisation/costs; implementing efficiency measures where appropriate to keep expenditure to a minimum, and collaborating with key stakeholders and senior leaders at all times. I have successfully Project Managed/Programme managed technology across multiple sectors for a substantial period of time and feel well placed to transfer my expertise into any sector.
