Helping start up the West Africa AgriBusiness Network (WAAN) of 12 processing firms in Burkina Faso, Niger, Ghana & Nigeria with links to 700,000 farmers. Our main thrust is proactive Access to Finance. WAAN firms work with 30 banks & DFIs to access blended finance (working capital, Capex, investment, Guarantees & Social Capital). Working on resource mobilization via targeted proposals to grow businesses. Complementary studies, evaluations or small contracts will also help WAAN.

Or else not enough farmers, inputs, production , processing , sales or Cross Border Trade. With improvisation and push we hit the spot. The secret was horizontal cross-cutting team work and more openness and transparency, No more vertical silos & isolation.
