About Terry Leigh

I have been involved in the Real Estate industry for the past 29 years. I have recruited, hired, trained and supervised more than 200 Realtors and office staff with over 150 million dollars in annual sales. I have personally managed over 18 new construction sites as listing agent, site agent, and site manager. I have assisted many clients in acquiring Income producing properties, commercial and multi family. I have worked with clients in 1031 exchanges to upgrade their real estate portfolio. I have over 2000 closed sales over five hundred million dollars in acquisitions. I have secured water availability for over 200 home sites, by negotiating a 2-mile water line extension. I have been involved in the granting of Right of Ways for two separate cell tower projects and three large subdivisions. I was one of the principles in the largest urban townhome projects in Tacoma. I negotiated the purchase of over six acres of land in downtown Tacoma for a large urban community. I negotiated Purchase and Sale agreements with several different homeowners and landowners to accumulate 27 parcels to put the project together. I have been involved in three private purchases requiring relocation of the homeowners. I have researched and written over 100 Broker Price opinions on commercial property for financial companies. I am an excellent negotiator and I bring some positive energy to our firm. I have owned and operated both a Real Estate company and Excavating company during the last twenty-five years. I am a Washington State Real Estate Managing Broker. Prior to being a Realtor I spend 15 years as a police officer before being injured in a motorcycle accident. I spent twelve years as a Search and Rescue Coordinator mapping out search missions. I spent two years on the security development team for the Goodwill games. I served five years in the US Army as a Combat Engineer.During by non-work hours I raise organic grass fed beef on my farm in Eatonville WA
