Heads up the Operational Risk for OSL, BC Group. I chair the Technology Risk Committee and Operational Risk Committee. I implement internal control framework, derive KRI for continuous monitoring, conduct risk assessment covering operation and technology, perform incident root cause analysis and identify improvement areas and control deficiencies. I was promoted as the Asia Business Risk & Control team lead in 2012 in Digital, Data & Transformation for Markets & Securities Services, Clients Operation, Asset Management and Private Banking. I embed internal control framework, implement data governance & quality framework and drive continuous improvement through analytics and continuous monitoring of KRI. Operational errors were reduced through root causes analysis and active monitoring of the remediations. In addition, process efficiency and quality were enhanced through technology transformation and robotics process automation. I also play a key role in the Design Authority to design and approve new initiatives; enabling new business take-on such as HKEX StockConnect, BondConnect, and regulatory compliance of HKMA/MAS/FCA such as FATCA, FCC, Sanction and Data Privacy. I am the Business Continuity Subject Matter Expert for the Asia operation which operates at 24x7 follow the sun model. I perform business impact analysis, identify internal & external key dependencies, design Business Continuity Plan and perform disaster recovery drills.

Manage projects within the Programme Management Office to drive technology transformation and implement strategic data platforms to significantly improve data quality, control effectiveness, reduce manual workload and enhance service performance levels. It also meets on-going new business requirement and lead the bank to a new era of technology and operational efficiency.I manage a number of projects to cater for the latest HKMA/MPFA/MAS requirement, new business take-on for Securities Services business and enhancement on operating effectiveness.

Process re-engineering and transformation for trust business, fund admin and custody. Transform the first financial, accounting and valuation project to the Center of Excellence, leveraging technology, people and revamped process for efficiency optimization, achieved the business target operating model and quality standard.

I manage the strategic project to deliver new business by launching the first Multi-Manager Retirement Fund in HK, which has won the award "MPF Master Trust of the Year Awards" in 2006I lead the project for corporate portal rejuvenation using six sigma approach to enhance corporate image, customer experience and leads generation.

I manage a global project to deliver a global trading and data exchange platform for buyer and supplier solution. Three significant achievements are: 1) Implementation of the largest B2B supplier systems for the FMCG for key supermarket chains and hospitals in Hong Kong. 2) Implementation of the full supply-chain management solution for a leading global sports wear company.3) Supply-Chain eCommerce enable for a leading China Telecom manufacturer
