• Provided core Network Consultancy services (including network design, analysis, implementation, reporting) to APJ customers.

• Primary focus on design, install, configuration, support and management of Asia Pacific region’s (Sydney, Auckland, Melbourne, Singapore, HongKong, Beijing/Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul) offline storage devices (i.e. tape.
• Managed escalations from Level 1/2 and Team Leads for problems pertaining to offline storage devices.
• Worked closely with online storage support team members on new sites’ installations and troubleshoot storage-related incidents/issues.
• Provided on-call global support once a month. Global regions inclusive of Stamford, London, Opfikon, Zurich, New York, Chicago, Calgary, Paris, Milan, Stockholm, Frankfurt
• Liaise with storage vendors for complicating problems diagnosis and troubleshooting and new hardware/software installations in Asia Pacific sites. Primarily worked on EMC Clariion and Netapp storages.
• Involved in BCP/DR (Business Continuity Process/Disaster Recovery) design, implementation, testing and documenting them and handing over to Level1/2 for operating support.

• Monitored HP OpenMail & MS-Exchange 2000 clustered/standalone mail systems, SUN Solaris mail gateways on Microsoft Operation Manager (MOM) and HP OpenView ITO applications.
• Ensured mail infrastructure availability and to troubleshoot/configuration changes/resolve problems etc as and when necessary.
• Resolved user problems through problem-ticketing application (Quintus CustomerQ)
• Managed MS-Exchange 2000/HPUX and SUN Solaris servers and ensure availability.
• Decommission of HP OpenMail servers and migration of Exchange cluster servers from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000.
• Raised and Implement changes on change management system for both HPUX and Exchange2000 servers platform.
