• Responsible for global cash reporting and FX exposure for over 40 countries. FX settlements with global banks which include spot, forward, and cross currency swaps for multibillion dollar hedging programs.
• Supported hedge accounting in relation to all FX settlements.
• Initiated/approved wires for capital investment, debt issuance, cash positioning, dividend, intercompany, FX net settlements, and other high-risk wires for the world headquarters.
• Supported SOX testing and process controls for the treasury and corporate finance department.

• Responsible for global treasury reporting for CEO/CFO, daily cash position, and cash accounting in Oracle.
• Managed relationships with several merchant processors for over 400 locations such as FirstData – Bank of America, Moneris, AMEX, PayPal, and other eCommerce payment gateways in North America.
• Led EMV Chip Card migration project for 400+ retail locations.
• Reviewed corporate merchant policy, end user instructions for fraudulent prevention, and worked with the IT team to ensure Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance.
• Managed various treasury improvement projects including identifying and reducing fraudulent credit card transactions with new merchant policy resulting in $1M savings per year.
• Analyzed all bank fees/merchant processing fees and inquired about unusual charges and recommended cost-saving strategies with savings of $250K in 2015.
