- Manager of R & D department, Product Department, Engineering Department. Integration of internal and external resources of the group is the core leader of promoting sustainable product development and optimization of the group- Responsible for the research and development group,supervise material/process/supply chain development, and optimization process, systematic pricing for products- Participation in group development strategic decision, and the development system optimization of the group.

- Formulate R & D center's annual strategic plan and R & D budget. - Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of R & D system (including processes). - In charge of integrate and coordinate project development resources, both inside and outside. - Undertake the development needs of client / market department and make development plans. - Audit project plan (including personnel and structure). - Follow up the coordination of important nodes and exceptions or complaints. - Responsible for the development and introduction of new technology and new technology. - Guide subordinates to optimize process, reduce costs, improve efficiency and yield rate. - Monitor the development and evaluation of metal parts technology (not limited to RFQ process plan, DFMEA/PMFEA, CNC program, clip fixture, inspection tool, tooling design and so on), and cost control. - Responsible for organizing major product abnormal handling and key technology research. - Responsible for resource coordination and mobilization in product development process. - Guide the formulation of product technology standard and inspection standard. - The approval of the cost of development - Guidance and participation in customer technical consultation - Responsible for the central organization structure, compilation and responsibility determination and optimization. Main achievements: - The successful introduction of overseas customers (Sony, LG, HTC, ASUS, Motorola, Apple), the transition from the domestic to the international project; - We have successfully imported the metal products development system and team, and shipped out more than 2 million sets goods in HUAWEI, ZTE and Motorola for each project within 2 years.

- Acts as New Program Input Director for staff’s recruitment, training, coach, support.- Manage ESI (Early Supplier Involvement) team (about 10 staff) to coordinate, support for customer R&D team, evaluate and analyze from mechanical point view, tooling, injection and post process etc.- Manage Program team (about 30 staff) for new project input, develop, verify and hand over to manufacture department for mass production. - Manage tooling shop team (about 130 staff) for tooling design, manufacture, trial and trimming; Keep tooling quality as first priority, balance between delivery and cost.- Allocating areas to program executives.- Performs other related duties as assigned by top management.- Monitoring program developing cost figure monthly and do analysis and lead continue improvement if excess norm cost.- Weekly collect tooling cost data from finance and monthly review tooling cost (Design, Manufacture, purchase, labor hours) with function managers, export COST DOWN analysis report to GM and function managers with action plan to follow up regularly.- Manage RFQ sales team; provide reliable quotation to customer timely.- Communicate with customer and take immediate action if any question.- Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance.- Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.

- Acts as GTPM department manager for TPM recruitment, training, coach, support.- Tool project management process maintenance. System (MODAM/Crystal-ball/Tool rolling forecast/Customer Claim) audit and follow up.- Acts as global tool project management contract window to coordinate with all related function department in LOM (Perlos) and line managers of oversea group.- Milestone review to monitor all tool projects progress and all related document in record.- Tool projects overall status weekly review and open items follow up.- Allocating areas to program executives.- Performs other related duties as assigned by top management.- Monitoring sales figure monthly and ensure on-time payment from customer.- Weekly collect tooling cost data from finance and monthly review tooling cost (Design, Manufacture, purchase, labor hours) with function managers, export COST DOWN analysis report to GM and function managers with action plan to follow up regularly.- Manage RFQ sales team; provide reliable quotation to customer timely.- Communicate with customer and take immediate action if any question.- Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance.- Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing in injection tooling fields.

- Fully responsible for the daily operation of own Project Group. Lead & supervise a team of PE. - Continually improving project management ability of team members.- Support to build good customer relationship. - Ensure all commitments are met. - To evaluate with APE on all FAI & Cpk reports for mold correction. - Active in all problems solving. Analyze and resolve the problem from plastic tooling making, testing, customer complaints, etc. - Good cooperation with all relative departments. - To understand fully on customer's requirement with respect to have tools build accordingly. - To keep track on all tooling status daily and also physically checking on them.- Generate weekly Project Status Reports and progress update to department manager. - To ensure all tools are able to buy-off (approved) in the soonest lead time. Then ensure tools are properly shipped. - To perform all tasks given by department manager. - Follow up with customer for PO and advise Finance department to issue invoice for each stage of payments. - Keep the management inform of PO and payment issues. - Follow up on Tool Fabrication Progress Milestone with Production on the actual tool making progress and processes. - Follow up on Tool Tracking Reports and ensure team members updating customer weekly. - To ensure cleanliness in our section area.

- Establish the cases schedule and planning, disassemble the project, grasp the main structure of design and guide designer to do improvement per customer requirement.- Design 3D frame according to customer profile, concept or ideas. Test with SLA samples and evaluate the risk for mass production and work out backup solution at the same time.- Manage team routine work and assign task accord to sharing resource for each member. Regular check, audit and coach team member per progress of design work.- Track the plastic & stamping tooling, injection; solve all kinds of defect in pilot run and mass production.- Apply safety certificate (UL, CSA, GS, CE, JET…) for product and provide relevant documents until passed and closed. - Respond to vendee's comments and afford solutions about product design and manufacture. - Drive to achieve 3 Key performance indicators from design point: On-time delivery, Quality & Cost.
