These transactions were purchase, refinances and renovations loans for 1-4 family homes, condominiums, and cooperatives on the East coast from Maine to Florida. • Selected to underwrite for high volume / producing Loan Officers in the greater Boston Area and NC. • Trained Level I and Level II underwriters to obtain government loan lending authority.• One of the few selected to provide scenario support to the Top producing Loan Officers in Boston• Learned new programs independently and obtained lending authority with minimal testcases.

Senior Underwriter who was responsible to decision all bank offered residential loan products. These products included purchase and refinance loans for FHA, VA, USDA, Federal Home Loan Bank, Conventional and Portfolio non-conforming loans. This was community bank with an emphasis on commercial lending. I was able to collaborate with the Chief Lending Officer, Commercial Underwriting Manager and Relationship Managers as many of our borrowers were existing commercial customers. • Hired specifically for my FHA experience so the bank could obtain unconditional FHA Direct Endorsement to underwrite and sell their own FHA loans. I submitted all 15 HUD Testcases and obtained bank approved delegation in less than 3 months. • Assisted in USDA Testcases for bank to obtain delegation to underwrite and sell USDA loans. • Assisted Mortgage Underwriting Manager to train and support all residential operation staff and Loan Officers with guidelines on all loan products. • Prepared underwriting notes on high balance portfolio loans. These notes were sent to the Commercial Underwriting manager who finalized the write up for Loan Committee for approval.

Loans were decisioned to Wells Fargo specific guidelines which were sometimes more conservative than Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA.
