▪ Manage 3 teams consisting of chartering, operations and post fixture managers and junior staff in Singapore, Indonesia and China.▪ Chartering out owned/period chartered tonnage consisting of 7 x 45-50,000mt dwt woodchip bulker.▪ Day-to-Day chartering for company’s dry bulk freight requirement ▪ Negotiate Long Term Charters, up to 22 years, in provision of forward freight coverage for company’s long-term raw material requirement.▪ Manage start-up of new port facilities overseas.▪ Sales and Purchase activities in expanding company fleet portfolio.▪ Design, implement and manage the SOPS for Chartering, Operation and Post Fixture department▪ Commodity: Woodchips, Coal, Grains, Tapioca Chips, Feed meal

▪ Day-to Day chartering for grains, feedmeal and steel cargoes in handysize upto panamax ▪ Fixing out 7 chartererd-in Panamaxes in spot market▪ Monitoring the cargo operations and performance of chartered-in tonnage, especially time chartered vessels and ensuring most efficient utilisation of resources.▪ Handle all post fixture matters including voyage accounts and demurrage/despatch computations.▪ Handling of charter party disputes and cargo claims▪ Provision of freight quotes and deferred freight coverage to traders.▪ Vetting through shipment documents such as Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates, Export Declaration etc▪ Market Strategy planning.▪ Monitoring and execution of Freight Derivatives Portfolio▪ Shipping system used: Burmester & Vogel▪ Commodity: Grains, Fertilizers, Feed meal, Tapioca chips, Coal
