Receiving Manager, Involved monitoring staff in the day to day operations of inloading and outloading of goods ensuring only correctly palletized stock entered the DC in accordance with OH&S principles and also ensuring KPI's were met and all targets were met. This position also required that all Fatigue Management duties were performed in a timely manner so as to meet DIFOT requirements. Team Manager, this role required monitoring of all casual team members ensuring staffing levels were met for the business requirements on a daily basis. This role also had to monitor work performance and also attendance and rostering and addressing any individuals who were not achieving the required bench marks. This position also required me to do Rehabilitation and return to work plans for team members who injured themselves whilst at work.Whilst at Coles at Forest Lake DC we achieved warehouse of the year twice as a result of coming under budget and also in lowering our LTI targets considerably.

Initially I started as a Team Leader looking after the National Foods contract. This involved looking after all persons on shift from pickers, loaders and clerical staff. This position required that all work was completed on time so as to load out on time in keeping with fatigue management rules. This position required that all KPI's were met and all team members were being monitored for attendance and work performance and addressed if necessary. My next position at Versacold was as Transport Team Leader, This position was a very fast paced environment. The duties were to ensure all deliveries to all Woolworths store were achieved in their allotted time slots, also to ensure all labour requirements were achieved with our driver base and also to make sure that no driver went beyond there allotted driving hours in accordance with driver fatigue management laws. Organizing pick sequence for the DC to pick all out going orders in order of deliveries. Communication with stores if there were any issues. Organize maintenance schedules for fleet maintenance and also washing of vehicles and tyre repairs. Looking after clerical staff ensuring all paperwork and vehicle seals were correct and in order.
