DonBar Ventures is a sports marketing and consultation agency designed to assist clients in achieving their stated goals.

I oversaw a $65+ million revenue budget through the sales and management of corporate sponsorships, hospitality programs, ticketing, tradeshow programs and event merchandise for the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. In addition, oversaw all marketing efforts for the the 2010 Games.

I was named the first-ever Executive Director of the Kentucky Sports Authority, an organization created by the Commonwelth of Kentucky to work with communities to attract, secure and create sports events for the state to increase tourism and economic development. Assisted the Commissioner of Tourism on all aspects of the state's tourism efforts. Specifically, I had responsibility for marketing, public relations and design efforts of the Department.
