Work with Climate Trust staff and Board of Directors to implement strategic and operational improvements that advance mission fulfillment. Interim position while Board of Directors conducted national search for permanent Executive Director.

Oversee and manage implementation of Energy Trust of Oregon’s Existing Homes program. Core responsibilities include staff management, annual strategic planning and client relations. Develop and manage two new business units - Green Communities and Training - to support GBS business growth. Coordinate design and implementation of municipal green building program.
