Terry is a distinguished entrepreneurial and management consultant with over fifteen years of innovative leadership in both independent and corporate environments. He has a proven track record in designing, developing, and leading large-scale development, redevelopment, and realignment projects.In his current role as Entrepreneur Success Manager for North America at Novastone Capital Advisors, Terry supports mid- to senior-level executives in completing business acquisitions through the Entrepreneur Through Acquisition (ETA) program. Previously, as the Associate Director of the Florida SBDC, he led a team of consultants providing high-level strategic and operational guidance to startups, existing businesses, and non-profit organizations.Terry holds a B.S. in General Management and Business Administration from Ball State University, where he also served on the Dean’s Student Advisory Board at the Miller College of Business, was Vice President of the Collegiate Entrepreneur’s Organization (CEO), and acted as Vice President of the University Program Board. Additionally, he earned minors in Entrepreneurship and Hospitality and Tourism Management and holds an MBA from the University of West Florida. He is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) and is completing his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) certification in 2024.Terry's expertise encompasses business acquisition, operational efficiency, financial analysis, access to capital, and strategy design and implementation. His mentorship has facilitated over 80 new business launches, secured over $30 million in new capital for businesses, and generated over $300 million in additional revenue. He is deeply involved in entrepreneurial-led economic development both regionally and beyond.An active community leader, Terry serves on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Florida Ballet, Emerald Coast Theatre Company, and the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce.
