Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is a Swiss investment firm founded by a consortium of single-family offices that solves succession challenges in small to medium-sized enterprises through our Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) program. We connect investors with highly talented operators who are looking to locate, acquire, manage, and grow a privately held company.In NCA's model the Entrepreneurs are mid-career professionals selected by NCA after a 3-month process, with the mission to search for and identify an SME to be acquired with the help and support of NCA. These Entrepreneurs will be focused for a period of up to 24 months in searching for a potential target (SME) to be acquired (in the industry of their expertise). As the dedicated North American Entrepreneur Success Associate, I will be a resource and guide for each candidate throughout the journey.In this role, I am to be the main focal point for the North American NCA Entrepreneurs* selected by our ETA program, being a bridge between them and the different NCA internal teams. I will be focusing on the NCA Entrepreneurs onboarding and their search journey, organizing and managing dedicated trainings by Professors teaching in top EMBA schools, and sharing best practices among the Entrepreneurs, building ad hoc documentation (for example the Private Placement Memorandum) always with the aim to maximize the success of the Entrepreneurs in finding a target SME.

Responsible for leading a team of consultants who provide high-level strategic and operational guidance to existing businesses. Our team focuses on finding creative and strategic solutions that eliminate barriers to entry and growth for our clients. Services include feasibility analysis, financial and operational analysis, marketing strategy development, strategic planning, and business growth and expansion, among others. We work closely with partnering stakeholders at the state, county, and municipal levels including economic development and community redevelopment agencies, planning, zoning, and licensing departments, and government procurement, among others. Act as Program Manager for client training and special programs, developing content, leading logistics, and performance analysis.Recipient of 2022 Performance Excellence Award.
