The company is a late stage venture-backed company producing dual axis solar tracking for utility and distributed energy systems.Recently led team to sign first major commercial supply contract with a United Kingdom company, for a 44 MW. order.

Member of Board and Audit Committee Chair. Company IPO on NASDAQ in 2010.Company entered into many small acquisitions reviewed by the Board. Merger of equals in 2012 with VanceInfo, Sat with three other Board members to negotiate offer from Blackstone to take company private, which was final in 2014.

I was on the Board of Directors of the company from 2006 to 2010. During this period I was seconded to the company as a consultant to the CFO and CEO. Company grew from $100 million in revenue in 2005 to $700 million in 2009. We did, including the IPO, 4 rounds of fund raising over $300 million.I traveled extensively to Europe to work with customers, banks and our sales team. Negotiated customers contracts, managed foreign currency transactions, customer credit, analyst meetings, investment bank proposals.In 2009 during the tumultuous changes in the market, which we survived,I was the CFO.I was member of the two person BOD team to negotiate the Company portion of the buyout by Hanwha.

Became Board member and Audit Committee Chair in 2007 right after NYSE IPO.Company immediately incurred a major shareholder dispute. Sat on special committee to mediate dispute and resolve subsequent shareholder litigation and other company issues.
