Currently contracted with Teleworld Staffing as a telecommunications specialist. Assigned in Feb, 2014 to the AT&T Network Elite Training Program for Network Field and Center Managers, and currently assigned to the "you Lead" Training Program. This training program focuses on enhancing Field and Center management leadership skills while using strategies to engage, coach, and develop others. Previously assigned to the AT&T Wireless group from July 2012 until Feb, 2014, training new hires for the Retail Experience stores, along with the Authorized Retail Dealers. This project focused on sales & service, communication, development, and creating the Extraordinary Experience for our internal and external customers.

For a brief interval away from Teleworld Staffing, I worked as a Training Specialist for Pinnacle Technical Resources, still contracting work with AT&T. At that time, I was delivering initail training and follow-up courses for classroom assignments that were requested by AT&T through Pinnacle Technical Resources, Inc. Responsible for implementing 4-weeks of Tier 2 U-verse curriculum in order to prepare students in meeting all compliance and performance expectations as required by AT&T.Responsible for delivering highly technical training to U-verse Tier 2 Technical Support Agents for AT&T in both Richardson, TX and Ft Worth, TX call center locations.Additional recent experience includes: 1) Delivered New Hire training to Retail Sales Consultants (RSCs) in the Wireless Mobility At-Home Markets for AT&T's retail stores in the Southeast Region.2) Certified to deliver IPAD Training courses to Outside Field Technicians for AT&T.

Contract Instructor for Teleworld Staffing, Inc training classes for all AT&T Regions. Certified in AT&T RET100 for Retail Sales Consultants, AT&T IPAD/GCAS Training, and in training U-verse Care Tier 2 Tech Support for AT&T Call Centers.

Supported state and federal regulatory and legislative activities. Contributed to developing corporate positions for Federal Communications Commission proceedings. Provided witness support for arbitration and tariff proceedings. Wrote testimony, issued network advisories, and developed resolutions for network policies and issues. Participated in wholesale contract negotiations.

Provied training for the program Participative Management Employee Involvement (PMEI). Supported Operator Services in the 5-State Southwestern Region to establish Empowered Work Teams (EWTs).
