Soon-to-be new graduate nursing student with experience inside and outside of the classroom. With 800+ clinical hours during my BSN program, experience as a full time outdoor sports instructor for people with disabilities, hundreds of volunteer hours in related fields, and extensive experience caring for children as a summer camp counselor and manager, I am lucky to have had significant learning opportunities in healthcare and applicable real-life scenarios.Through this work, in addition to my certification as a Wilderness First Responder, I have discovered my love for caring for and building relationships with patients, my capacity to learn new skills quickly, and my ability to thrive in high-stress situations.
