I am a career investigator (NCIS special agent) with a proven track record conducting discrete, sensitive, and complex investigations (interviews, records, financial documents, evidence, reporting) concerning suspected violations of internal policies, counterintelligence matters, criminal statutes, and the Federal False Claims Act.I am currently a rehired annuitant with NCIS leading a team investigating sexual violence and sexual harassment for the Department of the Navy throughout the central United States.
