Terry Murphy joined Victoria as the Senior Vice President - Operations in June 2017 and is responsible for providing overall guidance, development, and supports various operational functions which include recruiting, credentialing, enrollment, malpractice, and scheduling through long-term process improvement and implementing internal procedures to ensure the highest level of excellence and customer service to our various sites services include Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine.Before joining the company, Terry spent thirty years with several large, national emergency physician management companies in various operational positions, including scheduling, recruiting, credentialing, payroll, provider enrollment, physician/employee relations, malpractice liability, operations trainer/educator, and human resources.
