As a Landman I have represented several major oil and gas companies in the Appalachian Basin, I have been at the top of my group in acquiring leases for prospects in Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Kentucky, and New York always demonstrating my negotiating skills in the best interest of the client. I have provided leadership in my career as Crew Chief, overseeing multiple projects providing a myriad of services and overall local project management in Eastern Ohio. In addition to leasing, I am proficient in due diligence, title research, right of way, data analysis, reporting project progress and crew productivity to clients. My focus is always to maintain positive relationships with clients, crews, and landowners. I am an honest, hardworking professional who has a reputation of integrity and honesty. I am proficient with current industry technology. I have had and continue to obtain formal continuing education and training in the oil and gas land industry to assure I have the most up to date skills.
