I was responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the domestic product lines from conception, product life cycle to meet marketing, financial and corporate growth objectives. I was the team leader for the Rogue, M417, MAR177, New 760, Marauder Pistol as well as High Pressure Air systems. I also performed the product management function for Airgun Accessories, Archery and Paintball products. Participated in Shot Show, on-site and off-site Field Competitive events. I was responsible for education of sales staff and customer service staff for the details of the products that I managed. I have never worked with such a focused and dedicated team of co-workers. I had to resign my position due to insurmountable cost of living concerns in New York State.

Area: Paintball I manage product from the first sketch through product implemtation including PAR and first lot shipment of finished goods SKU. Additionally, I am involved in pure R and D for many things paintball that also includes paintball loaders. Post production problems and issues also come to me for solution and are corrected via ECR/ECN. I am the creative solutions guy so I get involved with many projects outside of my defined work responsibilities. My focus is to create quality products that consumers desire to purchase and never return. I am responsible for many aspects of bringing product to market including product concept, leading research and development efforts, owners manual concept/writing, product design, manufacture and quality testing. I also contribute to the development of marketing specifications, packaging design. I communicate with several divisions of the business and vendor base daily. My site visits for validation and troubleshooting product vendors during product implementation phase has been required. The vendor base is located in U.S., Mexico and China. I continue my companies’ commitments to the Paintball Training Institute for product repair instruction via live direct streaming video presentations.I am either patented or patent applied for on 7 products to date. All of those patents are shared with my development team members. Of the product implemented to date all have had positive impact on ROI as well as the Bottomline. I was responsible for teaching in the classroom and on-site locations for Anatomy & Physiology, Bio-mechanics, Exercise testing and prescription, Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology classes. Teaching was a very fulling and rewarding experience. I resigned my position to take a job with Crosman Airguns in NY.

JT Sports Inc. sales volume world wide is in excess of one hundred million dollars yearly of paintball products. My responsibilities included: servicing existing direct accounts, development of new accounts, participation in strategy formulation for new sales and incentive programs to attract broader customer base, make outgoing telephone sales calls, host incoming purchase calls, remedy shipping and accounting concerns for my sales base. Updated large nationwide Internet data base that lists current account holders participating in the Eagle Nest, Service Center and Co2 fill Station programs. Developed an independent wholesale distributor base to secure increased paint and product sales by region for direct accounts. I fulfilled my department's commitments to the Paintball Training Institute, via travel to and participation in field owner, airsmith educational programs. I participated in the nationwide development of 120 additional product servicing centers through a certification and incentive program. I assisted in the focusing of new product development to target market needs as well as continued research and development on those products. I was promoted to a Product development position.

Delta Faucets Vendor Representative Rich Sales in Little Rock, AR volume had reached eighteen million dollars in sales yearly of plumbing products. I was responsible for servicing sixteen different plumbing product lines. Rich Sales services all retail and wholesale Aquaglass, Delta faucet, Peerless faucet accounts in the state of Arkansas. I handled the service work for all eight Lowes Home Centers and one Home Depot store. My duties included utilizing each store computer system for order cycling items to keep the store in stock of my products. I also handled resetting merchandise and all of the product knowledge sessions. I have found that it was necessary to be very organized and prioritize my work in order to properly service each stores specific requirements efficiently.

As a appliance sales associate I was responsible for stocking, displaying, signing, appliances and appliance accessories. I was expected to know the specifics of every appliance National Home Center stocked as well as all items that can be special ordered from our vendors. Generally, I maintained the highest gross profit in the department on $25,000 to $30,000 in sales monthly. After the sale I always tried to satisfy any customer concerns quickly. This store has closed due to purchase by Lowes home stores.

As a personal trainer I was responsible for new member orientation, physical testing, exercise and nutritional instruction. My goals were to evaluate and instruct each member on an individual basis during the first two weeks. I was encouraged to sell personal training contracts to the individuals that would benefit from further instruction and motivation. I resigned my position to start at National Home Center Wholesale Plumbing Division (increased pay position).

Fayetteville, AR I worked with large nursing staff and twenty five physicians. I was responsible for administering 12 -Lead Dynamic Exercise Stress Tests, Lung spirometry, hook-up and analysis Holter 24 hour EKG tests. When analyzing the Holter data my responsibilities included correctly identifying the spectrum of cardiac dysrhythmias while creating a concise and efficient report for the physician. I also wrote "The Clinic Connection" a monthly newsletter with some contributions from others. I was responsible for all patient information documents concerning special procedures. I resigned my position to work with a physician on a project to complete my thesis.
