Programmed robotic interfaces for Silicon Wafer "pre-etch" preparation at numerous sites throughout the U.S. Two-Axis or Five-Axis Robotic arms were programmed to deliver multiple wafer-trays into their designated chemical tanks based on recipe-defined time-periods and rotation frequencies. Used recursive algorithm for robotic scheduling in order to maximize efficiency and minimize lag-time between tank transfers. All processed wafer-trays were spin wash/dried, and delivered to their designated output staging areas. Expert in VAX C and Pascal.
