Responsible for the Support and Strategy of National Account Vendors for Fleet Maintenance. This includes Vendor Use, Negotiated Pricing for Parts and Labor, Down Time Expectations, Service Expectations and Quality Standards.Responsible to Monitor Down Equipment at Outsourced and Third Party vendors to maximize equipment availability. Timely communication to Operations Groups of Status of Down equipment.Set and meet cost reduction targets for vendors.Responsible for Billing Accuracy and timeliness of work order close of Outside Vendor Invoices.Responsible to work with Operations Groups and Road Service Division to analyze Equipment density and spend in any area to to determine need for 3rd Party Vendor Solution and put that support in place.Responsible to work with internal shops to help them outsource vendor solutions to meet overflow capacity requirements.
