The Quotations Department of the Commercial Plumbing Division of Cregger Company is currently responsible for creating commercial fixture quotes and submittal/O&M packages for any Commercial or Residential plumbing branch in NC or SC. We are also tasked with maintaining a comprehensive database about the quantity and types of jobs that we bid, including our win/loss ratio. The Quotations team is currently comprised of four estimators, a document specialist, and myself. We are currently averaging over forty quotes a week covering the spectrum of commercial construction/renovation projects from small retail upfits to high-rise office and living space buildings, to universities, hospitals and military bases.

I was the lead customer service rep for this Plumbing, Piping, & PHP manufacturers representative sales company. At one point we covered NC, SC, and GA and represented over 20 product lines. From phone call to phone call we handled simple order entry to technical assistance on a wide variety of products including Wilkins Regulator (backflows, water pressure regulators, etc), Grohe (mid-to-high end faucets and shower systems), Little Giant Pump Company (commercial and residential sump, sewage, and effluent pumps), AK Industries (fiberglass basins & covers), Jacuzzi (whirlpools and tubs), Bates and Bates (precious metal sinks), and Noritz tankless gas water heaters.
