Duties include: Following SOP's relating to cannabis extraction, intake of raw materials, cleaning laboratory, and filling patient protocols. Development of SOP's, development of QA/QC procedures, and R&D related to the products and manufacturing process. Troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of equipment. Maintaining accurate and clear batch records, maintenance logs, and lab notebook. During my time with this company, I developed new techniques to increase yield and solvent recovery in the manufacturing process. I have identified several shortcomings in the manufacturing process and developed solutions for them. Most recently, I have worked with salesforce developers to design a custom inventory system to be integrated within our existing salesforce infrastructure.

As a Sampling Technician, my duties involved finding and planning routes to vineyards viaGPS. At the vineyards, I was responsible for gathering a sample of grape clustersrepresentative of the vineyard for testing. Other responsibilities included surveys of vineyardsfor crop yields and disease prevalence. As grape sampling work decreased, I was hired on to a job in the cellar as a laboratory assistant. As a Laboratory Assistant, my duties involved gathering samples from fermentation tanks and barrels for analysis, innoculations with yeast and malolactic bacteria, and performing some analyses. Analyses that I performed included brix with densitometer, refractometer, and hydrometer, temperature, pH, TA, alcohol percentage with alcolyzer, residual sugar with clinitest, and free SO2 with aeration-oxidation. As a Cellar Technician my duties included general cellar tasks such as pumpovers, punchdowns, cleaning, assisting with the destemer/crusher, and the press.

Duties included maintaining a supply of bouquets of varying sizes, creation of custom bouquets based on customer suggestions, ordering new stocks of flowers, facilitating deliveries, maintaining inventory, and managing finances.

I started this job strictly as a concessions clerk, but was soon trained to become a ticket sales person and then a projectionist. The position of projectionist was coveted among the employees and only the ones deemed most exemplary were given the opportunity to train as one. I held this job until the business closed in the summer of 2006, after which I transferred to a different movie theater owned by the same person.

Duties included proficiency with specialized computer system consisting of databases, point of sales, and interface with scoring equipment. Customer service duties such as facilitating transactions, troubleshooting technical difficulties, and assisting in use of equipment. Food service duties such as cooking, bar backing, and dishwashing. Miscellaneous duties included general janitorial tasks, building maintenance and repair, maintaining records for league bowling, and creation of advertisements. I began the job as a 'lane attendant'​ whose duties were limited to janitorial and maintenance tasks. I eventually worked my way up to desk worker, which included many more responsibilities and supervision of other employees. I later acquired more responsibilities such as scheduling, advertisement, and oversight of birthday parties, events, concerts, and charity functions. Many of these events and functions involved several hundred customers and required co-ordination of mechanical maintenance, kitchen, bar, security, and janitorial staff. I began this job when I was sixteen years old and my tenure ended when the business closed on my eighteenth birthday. This job gave me worlds of experience, not only in the technical skills that I gained, but also in the abstract aspects of work such as interpersonal skills, responsibility, and pride in work.
