Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the management team and BioBag board to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Was also responsible for all initiatives and direct daily management of the company’s budgets and EBITDA, as well as sales development of all new business outside of the core retail and commercial businesses created in the original business model. Sales grew an average of 8.7% and EBITDA tripled annually during tenure as President. Sold my stake in the company and resigned in December 2017.

Developed and implemented the startup of organizational structures and policies, internal controls, business platforms, and all administrative operations. Managed all facets of finance and accounting, human resources, technology, operational and sales administration as well as creating departmental operations for sales, marketing, customer service, production and accounting. Established operating and capital budgets, sourced vendor partnerships and negotiated capital purchases.
