Worked with Hewlett Packard and VALE on a global project to upgrade 54,000 systems hardware/software to the Windows 7 platform from XP. Perform requirement analysis, test strategy, and plan development of risk assessment and test evaluations, in order to support different software issues and functions in the windows 7 environment. I traveled throughout Northern Ontario deploying as many as 1400 computers systems in one consecutive year, trained new staff employees in all office software procedures and safety. Worked with Project managers to reconcile problems and efficiently solve problems and create program fixes due to compatibility issues that were used for the global operations worldwide.

Adult learning training classes anywhere from 28 students with disabilities in Computer Basics right up to MOS and Accounting Software. Became the regional Health and Safety advisor and trainer, with my CPR and WHIMIS certificates and writing weekly reports for students; developed and wrote multiple computer manuals and developed exams for each manual. I traveled throughout Northern Ontario for branch setup and maintenance of the network infrastructures with hardware and software support. Virus/firewall protection and system backup application maintenance was done on a by-weekly basis remotely. I trained staff employees in all office software procedures. I assisted the manager with training assessments and administration duties.

I was 24\7 On-call technical phone support and remote Administration of network for the Sudbury and District Ambulance offices. Virus protection and system backup application maintenance was done on a weekly basis; analyze problems with software and hardware. Troubleshoot common problems encountered in the network.
