I have been a Project Manager involved in the development and construction of residential, multi-use commercial and industrial projects for the past 32 years. My responsibilities included coordinating architectural, engineering and subcontract negotiations, final decision on awarding contracts and managing in-house staff, depending upon the size and scope of the projects. Some of the construction projects I have been involved with have been throughout Southern California, Nevada and Hawaii include Retail Stores, Restaurants, Mixed Use (both Commercial and Residential) and Office Spaces. I am familiar with Healthcare and ADA compliance, Fire Department and AQMD regulations. I have developed and maintain a close relationship with my clients. I aim to keep my clients assured and comfortable by keeping them involved in and aware of the entire process from conception to completion of their project.
